On February 11, Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov is scheduled to visit Brussels for an informal exchange with EU defense ministers during the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting focused on defense issues.
The meeting will be chaired by the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, starting at 16:45.
Discussions will focus on the military support for Ukraine, particularly on cooperation in defense innovations.
This dialogue will take place after an informal exchange of views with Minister Fedorov, who will attend in person.
Following the Council meeting, ministers will engage in informal discussions over dinner regarding future security and defense perspectives for 2026.
On February 12, NATO defense ministers will meet in Brussels, along with a session of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group co-chaired by Germany and the UK.
