Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, currently visiting Ukraine, has inaugurated a new support center in Kyiv, funded by his country.
He shared this news on the social media platform X.
On Thursday, February 5, Tsahkna officially opened the "Invincibility" center, supported by Estonia.
According to the foreign minister, this center will provide shelter, warmth, and psychological support amid the ongoing terror from Russia and the prolonged power and heating outages.
"In the surrounding darkness, this ray of light helps ensure that Russia's attempts to break the spirit of Ukrainians will fail," he added.
