Air Defense Forces Neutralize Drones in Recent Attack

The air defense forces of Ukraine managed to neutralize 106 out of 131 drones deployed by Russian forces in their attack on December 24. This information was shared by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.
Beginning at 19:00 on December 24, the aggressors launched 131 strike drones of the Shahed type and others from various directions: Kursk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), Donetsk (temporarily occupied territories), Hvardiyiske, Chayuda (occupied Crimea), with about 90 being of the Shahed type.
The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the defense forces of Ukraine.
As of 08:30 on Thursday, December 25, preliminary data indicates that air defense shot down or suppressed 106 drones across northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.
There were 22 impacts recorded at 15 different locations.
During the night, Russian aggressors also struck the port and industrial infrastructure in the Odesa region, resulting in one death and two injuries.
