Crisis in Ukraine's Energy Sector Due to Russian Attacks

Russian forces have once again launched significant strikes on Ukraine's energy system, forcing emergency power outages in various regions. The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reports this via social media.
“Our energy infrastructure is under threat due to new attacks from Russia. As a result, emergency power outages have been implemented in several areas,” the official message states.
Rescue teams and energy specialists are ready to begin restoration work as soon as the situation allows, to restore electricity supply in affected regions as quickly as possible.
Emergency blackouts will be lifted once the energy system stabilizes.
The ministry urges citizens to remain calm and monitor official updates.
An air alert has been declared in the capital and all regions of Ukraine due to threats from Russian missile strikes and drones. Emergency power outages have also been implemented in Kyiv region.
