Drone Attack: Updates on Ukraine's Air Defense Successes

Ukraine's air defense forces successfully neutralized 108 out of 160 Russian drones. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.
On December 18, at approximately 6:30 PM, Russian forces launched 160 Shahed-type drones and other UAVs from directions including Kursk, Orel, and the temporarily occupied Crimea, with about 90 being Shahed.
Aviation, anti-aircraft troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups actively countered the attack.
According to preliminary data, as of 8:00 AM on December 19, the air defense shot down or suppressed 108 enemy drones in southern and eastern Ukraine.
There were confirmed hits from 47 drones across 23 different locations.
The attack is ongoing, and several enemy drones remain in the airspace, the Air Force warned.
As a result of the latest attack, critical infrastructure in Odesa was damaged, and local residents' homes were also affected.
