The fighters of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after the Cossack Ataman Ivan Sirko successfully repelled a mechanized assault by Russian forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region, striking five units of equipment and eliminating 35 invaders.
According to information provided by the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram, a video of the combat operations was released.
“Russian troops attempted to breach the positions of the 92nd Brigade using armored vehicles and a considerable number of infantry. However, the UAV crews successfully engaged the enemy. The assault was repelled,” the report states.
As a result, two trucks, a T-72 tank, an MT-LB, an APC were destroyed, along with approximately 35 invaders.
As of 8:00 AM on December 19, there were 193 combat engagements reported between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and the Russian invaders.
