The Ukrainian Armed Forces have successfully neutralized 63 enemy drones that attacked the country. Reports indicate that impacts from a ballistic missile and several strike UAVs were recorded at five locations. The Air Forces of Ukraine communicated this through their official Telegram channels.
According to military information, since the evening of November 27, Russian troops launched a ballistic missile of the type "Iskander-M" from the occupied territory of Crimea and deployed 72 drones, including Shahed and "Gerbera," from their cities of Oryol, Bryansk, and Millerovo.
Approximately 50 of these drones turned out to be strike UAVs of the Shahed type.
Ukrainian defense forces effectively repelled the aerial attack using aviation, anti-aircraft systems, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups.
As of 09:00 on Friday, it was confirmed that 63 enemy drones were destroyed or jammed by air defense in the north, south, and east of the country.
At five locations, impacts from a ballistic missile and nine strike UAVs were registered, along with debris from downed targets in another location.
