Repatriation Efforts: 1000 Bodies Returned to Ukraine

Today marked a significant milestone in Ukraine's repatriation efforts. A total of 1000 bodies have been returned, reportedly belonging to Ukrainian soldiers according to Russian sources. This information was shared by the Coordination Headquarters.
In the near future, law enforcement investigators, along with MIA experts, will conduct all necessary examinations and identifications of the repatriated bodies.
These efforts were made possible through the collaborative work of the Coordination Headquarters, the Joint Center at the Security Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and other governmental bodies.
The Coordination Headquarters expressed gratitude to the International Red Cross Committee for their assistance.
Special thanks were given to the personnel of the Central Office of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who are responsible for transporting repatriated individuals to designated state facilities and for coordinating the transfer of deceased individuals to law enforcement representatives.
