In Balakliia, a missile strike has damaged 13 apartment buildings and 12 private homes, along with a kindergarten. This was reported by Oleg Synehubov, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, on Telegram.
“At least 13 residential buildings have been damaged, three of which are severely affected. Additionally, 12 private homes and a kindergarten have suffered destruction. Approximately 1000 windows have been shattered,” he stated.
Synehubov added that efforts to address the aftermath of the strike are ongoing.
On the night of November 17, Russian forces attacked Balakliia with two Iskander missiles. Three people lost their lives, and 15 were injured and in shock.
