The defense forces successfully neutralized 26 drones that the Russian military used to attack Ukraine. Enemy strikes were recorded at four different locations. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
During the night of October 28 (from 20:00 on October 27), the enemy launched an attack with 38 strike UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types from directions such as Kursk and Orel, approximately 25 of which were "shahids".
The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian defense forces.
As of 09:00, preliminary data indicates that air defense forces shot down or suppressed 26 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other types in the north and east of the country.
Strikes from 12 attack UAVs were recorded across 4 locations, alongside debris from downed drones at 1 of these locations.
