Shocking Impact of Invasion: Casualty Statistics from Mines in Ukraine

Since the onset of the Russian Federation's aggression, 1,330 individuals have been injured in Ukraine due to dangerous mines and explosive remnants, including 135 children, according to the Main Office of Mine Action.
"As of October 1, 2025, 1,330 people have been affected by enemy mines, with 135 being children and 1,195 adults," the report states.
The most affected professions include farmers - 243, critical infrastructure workers - 137, and drivers - 88.
Among the injured are also students - 121, unemployed individuals - 148, and retirees - 116.
The office noted that data collection is being conducted systematically in line with international safety protocols.
