Details: The president's press service released a video showing him lighting a candle and placing a toy at the site of the tragedy on a children's playground.

The head of state emphasized that the crimes committed by Russia against the Ukrainian people must not be forgotten. The world must remember that for Russia, human life holds no value.

On April 4, a Russian ballistic missile struck near houses and a children's playground, taking the lives of 19 people, 9 of whom were children. The youngest victim was just three years old. Let there be eternal memory for all those whose lives were taken by Russian terror."

This attack claimed the lives of 19 people, including nine children. The youngest victim was three years old. Another 75 civilians were injured, including 17 children. Doctors are fighting for the lives of the injured.
