The head of state emphasized that the crimes committed by Russia against the Ukrainian people must not be forgotten. The world must remember that for Russia, human life holds no value.

On April 4, a Russian ballistic missile struck near houses and a children's playground, taking the lives of 19 people, 9 of whom were children. The youngest victim was just three years old.
