First Batch of Hygiene Kits Delivered to Military Hospitals
The hospital has received the first batch of hygiene kits, totaling 50 thousand units valued at 26 million UAH.
This information was released by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
«The Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense has provided hospitals with hygiene kits intended to meet the everyday needs of injured soldiers. The first batch, worth over 26 million UAH, consists of 50,000 kits, including 2,000 for women,» the statement reads.
The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that these kits are part of the «Injured Soldier Package», which includes adaptive clothing and hygiene products:
- towel,
- toothbrush and toothpaste,
- shampoo,
- shower gel,
- deodorant,
- cream,
- shaving supplies,
- comb,
- cotton swabs,
- antiseptic,
- wet and dry wipes, etc.
Women's kits include additional hygiene items, cotton cosmetic pads, and a silicone hair tie.
Each kit also contains a legal guide from the human rights organization «Principle», a thank-you card with a child's drawing, and a QR code for feedback to improve the contents of the kits based on feedback from the injured.
As part of the «Injured Soldier Package» project, the Ministry of Defense has procured and organized the supply of over 600,000 units of adaptive clothing to military medical institutions throughout 2025.
