The latest figures show that Ukraine has 11,792 officially registered volunteers.
According to OpenDataBot's calculations, the number of official volunteers has increased by 11% over the past year.
“Ukrainians continue to donate as if it were a second tax — only voluntary. Over the past year, donations to banks decreased by 19%, while funds raised a third more than in the previous three years combined,” the report states.
Every month, 2.95 billion UAH flows into banks via monobank, despite the average donation amount dropping to 392 UAH from 413 UAH last year. In total, 1.8 million people make monthly donations.
The top three funds include United24, “Come Back Alive,” and the Prytula Foundation. Together, they raised 105.9 billion UAH, which is 37% more than the total from the past three years.
United24 topped the ranking with 77.7 billion UAH, three times more than in 2022.
“Come Back Alive” raised 26.2 billion UAH.
The Prytula Foundation gathered 1.97 billion UAH, with donations increasing by a quarter over the year.
