Innovative Training for Soldiers: The DELTA Course
In the first week following the launch of the DELTA course in the "Army+" app, 13,000 soldiers commenced their training, setting a new record. Over 1,500 of them have already successfully completed the course and received their certificates. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The course includes more than 50 practical lessons, requiring at least 5 hours to complete. It provides practical skills for working with Monitor, Mission Control, Target Hub, the Vezha video analysis platform, and other system modules that assist soldiers in making decisions based on real-time data.
Currently, there are 17 training courses available in "Army+", with the most popular being "Drone Systems: Basics of UAVs" (45,000 soldiers started training), "Information Resilience: Cybersecurity" (34,000 soldiers enrolled in this course), and "Basics of Communication on the Battlefield" (22,000 soldiers studying this area).
The DELTA course was launched at the end of October to enable soldiers to quickly master the system in combat conditions.
Additionally, a few days ago, the app introduced a course titled "Fiber Optic Drones: Basics of Usage", which focuses on the operation of FPV drones controlled via fiber optic channels and their application in combat.
These drones are distinguished by their resilience to electronic warfare systems, but they require operators to have specialized training, precise flight planning, and knowledge of technical nuances.
