Honoring Paratroopers: New Memorial Unveiled in Kyiv

On November 8, a new memorial dedicated to the Paratrooper Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was ceremoniously unveiled at the Alley of Defenders of Ukraine near the Arch of Freedom.
The ceremony was attended by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Andriy Hnatov, and the commander of the Paratrooper Forces, Brigadier General Oleg Apostol.
This memorial was established as a symbol of society's gratitude to the paratroopers for their bravery, resilience, and self-sacrifice in the fight for Ukraine's independence. A representative of the chaplaincy conducted the blessing of the new monument.
