Technical Maintenance Affecting the Recovery Service on the Diya Portal

The "Recovery" service will be offline on the Diya portal and app due to technical maintenance of state registers from 8 PM on September 13 to 8 AM on September 15.

This was announced by the Ministry of Community Development and Territories.

"From 8:00 PM on September 13, 2025, to 8:00 AM on September 15, 2025, the state enterprise “NAIS” will conduct technical maintenance on the state registers of the Ministry of Justice. Since this data is used to verify property rights, the "Recovery" service will not be available during this maintenance period on the portal and app "Diya," the announcement states.

As previously reported, the state compensation program "Recovery" has been operating in Ukraine for two years. As of September 1, Ukrainians have submitted about 166.5 thousand applications for compensation for damaged housing. Over 108 thousand people have received payments totaling 10.6 billion UAH.
