The business hub UNIT.City in Kyiv has claimed victory at an international competition, securing first place in the ASLA Professional Awards 2025, one of the most prestigious accolades in landscape architecture.
This news was shared on the official UNIT.City Facebook page, highlighting that this is the first award of its kind for Ukraine.
“Our public spaces, designed in collaboration with talented architects from Kotsiuba Studio, have received recognition alongside projects from Google, Meta, and the High Line park in New York. This significant honor proves that Ukrainian architecture is setting new standards for the world, and the UNIT.City project will be archived in the Library of Congress as an example of 21st-century landscape architecture,” stated UNIT.City.
UNIT.City represents the transformation of an industrial area into an innovative space for work, learning, and leisure.
