Ukraine celebrates Tank Forces Day on September 14.
This was announced by Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal in a Telegram message.
"Tank units are a steadfast shield of Ukraine. The speed and skill of Ukrainian tankers instill fear in the enemy", - emphasized Shmyhal.
"Dear warriors! In the toughest moments, you show true heroism. You swiftly adapted to the new equipment provided by our allies. Your experience serves as an example for the free world", - addressed Shmyhal to the tankers.
He expressed gratitude to Ukrainian tankers for their daily bravery and professionalism.
"Eternal memory to those who gave their lives in the fight for Ukraine and its people", - Shmyhal added.
We remind you that the President of Ukraine established Tank Forces Day by his decree on September 9, 2023, to be celebrated annually on September 14.
