New Digital Service for Ukrainian Weapon Manufacturers
Ukraine is launching an innovative online service called "Components Library", aimed at supporting military equipment manufacturers.
This is reported by the government press service.
The service is designed to enhance cooperation among Ukrainian companies producing components and finished products, reduce dependency on foreign parts, and expand domestic defense production capabilities.
"Weapon manufacturers can access the platform, authenticate, view available components, and connect with partners for collaboration", – explained Deputy Minister Anna Hvozdiyar.
The library is administered by the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine.
Currently, only Ukrainian manufacturers can post their offers on the platform. Priority is given to components for drones and electronic warfare systems, due to the high demand for scaling up their production.
The database already includes information on 38 offers from 16 component manufacturers. Among the listed products are antennas, amplifiers, FPV frames, other parts and accessories, as well as service offerings.
The Components Library operates as a moderated platform with unified authentication through "Diia" and mandatory participant verification.
Access to the system's functionality is granted only after accreditation as either a user, supplier, or both simultaneously. Product listings are possible only after authentication via "Diia" and verification by a moderator.
