Digital Permits for Vehicles in Kyiv: New Regulations Coming in 2026

In the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, digital permits for vehicles will be introduced in 2026 to be used during curfew hours. This information comes from the Kyiv City State Administration.
The decision was made during a meeting of the City Defense Council.
The Kyiv City Military Administration has been tasked to collaborate with the 12th Army Corps to develop an order and procedures for this initiative.
Additionally, the KMVA is expected to reach out to the regional administration to propose the implementation of digital permits in the Kyiv region.
Moreover, there will be an information and communication system established to manage these digital permits for vehicle traffic.
As a reminder, the curfew in Kyiv is from 00:00 to 5:00, during which permits can only be utilized by security personnel and critical infrastructure workers.
