In Kyiv, on the morning of October 7th, train services on the “green” metro line were halted. This was caused by a technical issue with a train at the “Palace of Sports” station. Passengers began to accumulate at several stations.

In the morning, there was also a buildup of passengers on the metro lines on the Left Bank due to an extended air alert — many people were present at the Poznyaky metro station.
