Since yesterday morning, various institutions in Kyiv have been receiving alerts about potential bomb threats. Hospitals, educational institutions, shopping centers, and administrative buildings were among the targets listed.
Police units, investigative teams, and bomb disposal experts promptly responded to these alerts, thoroughly inspecting all locations and surrounding areas; however, no dangerous items were found.
These alerts are part of an information war aimed at destabilizing society and creating panic among the citizens. Nonetheless, each report is taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. Police remind: if you find any suspicious items, please call 102 immediately. It is important to note that knowingly false reports about threats to public safety can lead to imprisonment for 2 to 8 years (Article 259 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
