Kyiv Prosecutor's Office Recovers Over 240 Million UAH

The Kyiv Prosecutor's Office has successfully obtained a court ruling to recover over 240 million UAH from a company that supplied substandard incubators for infants.

This was reported by the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office.

The state enterprise «Ukrmedpostach» purchased 85 transport incubators for transporting newborns from a commercial entity. The purchase was financed by a foreign loan (5 million euros) under state guarantees.

However, it was later discovered that the products had significant defects and could not be used by medical institutions. Consequently, the Kyiv Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit to recover the paid funds.

The Economic Court of Kyiv ruled in favor of the prosecutor's office, ordering the commercial entity to repay over 240 million UAH.
