Collaboration Between Kyiv Police and Superhumans for Rehabilitation

Recently, the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv signed a partnership agreement with the charity fund «Superhumans». This document provides new avenues for the comprehensive rehabilitation of police officers injured while performing their duties in combat zones.

«Superhumans» is a nationwide center specializing in prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, and physical and psychological rehabilitation. The center also assists military personnel and civilians affected by aggression.

Thanks to this memorandum, Kyiv police officers will gain access to modern treatment methods based on evidence-based medicine. Besides medical aid, the parties agreed to collaborate on the social reintegration of veterans and organize supportive events.

«Supporting those who protect our country at the cost of their health is a priority for our organization and the state in general,» emphasized the Kyiv police.

Meanwhile, Kyiv has received unique rehabilitation equipment worth three million dollars from Japan for people with disabilities.
