Support for Ukraine: New Initiatives at the Regional Summit

During a regional summit held on June 11 in Odesa, several Southeast European countries announced new initiatives to support Ukraine. These decisions were made during personal meetings between President Volodymyr Zelensky and his counterparts.
This was reported by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha during a broadcast of the national telethon “Unified News”.
Details of the new initiatives: outcomes of the Odesa summit
According to the minister, additional military support for Ukraine was confirmed specifically during the bilateral talks that the president held with the leaders of participating countries.
Furthermore, important infrastructure projects and energy cooperation issues were discussed, including preparations for the upcoming winter heating season.
The “Ukraine – Southeast Europe” summit was attended by leaders from 12 regional countries, as well as representatives from the EU.
