Luxembourg Supports Ukrainian Youth with Financial Aid
The Luxembourg government has decided to allocate 1 million euros for psychological support to Ukrainian teenagers and youth through the Olena Zelenska Foundation.

The First Lady expressed her gratitude for this assistance, stating that "Luxembourg has always been a reliable partner for the Ukrainian people, supporting us since the beginning of the war in various fields, including humanitarian, military, and energy aid."
She also emphasized that the meeting discussed new directions for the foundation's work – psychosocial support for youth.
According to her, "this project is of immense importance as Ukrainian teenagers are living under the constant threat of war, facing anxiety and loss every day."
Olena Zelenska thanked Luxembourg for this initiative and comprehensive support for Ukraine.
During the visit of Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Xavier Bettel, the delegation also announced the allocation of 10 million euros for energy support to Ukraine and another 10 million euros for defense needs.
Luxembourg to allocate an additional €10 million for Ukraine's defense
Luxembourg plans to allocate an additional 10 million euros to support Ukraine's defense sector. The government is currently discussing increasing its total defense expenditures, with a "significant portion" planned for supporting Ukraine in the future.
The total military assistance from Luxembourg to Ukraine has already exceeded 250 million euros.
The Luxembourg government also pledged to allocate 10 million euros for energy support to Ukraine in 2025 and 1 million euros for the Olena Zelenska Foundation.
Recently, Ukraine received a batch of equipment from an international IT coalition funded by Luxembourg and Iceland. The total value of this assistance is nearly 2 million euros.
