Ukraine's air defense forces have successfully intercepted 110 out of 138 drones launched by Russian forces on the evening of January 25. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.
Starting from 6 PM on Sunday, January 25, Russian troops attacked using 138 strike drones, including Shahed, "Gerbera", and other models from directions such as Kursk, Orel, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and the temporarily occupied Donetsk. Nearly 90 of these were Shahed drones.
The aerial assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As of 8 AM on Monday, January 26, preliminary data indicates that air defense shot down 110 drones in the northern and eastern regions of Ukraine.
There were 21 strikes recorded across 11 locations, with debris falling in one area.
The attack is ongoing, and several enemy drones remain in the airspace.
