The air defense forces have successfully neutralized 39 out of 62 drones attacking Ukraine. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
According to the information, starting from 6 PM on Monday, December 1, the aggressors launched 62 strike drones, including Shahed type, "Gerbera," and others, from directions: Bryansk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), Chause (temporarily occupied Crimea), and Donetsk region. More than 35 of them were Shahed drones.
The air assault was countered by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups, and drone systems of the Ukrainian defense forces.
As of 8:30 AM on Tuesday, December 2, the air defense has shot down 39 drones of various types in the northern, southern, and eastern regions of Ukraine.
Reported hits include 20 strike drones at 8 different locations.
The attack is ongoing, with several enemy drones still in the airspace.
