Ukrainian Air Forces Neutralize Drone and Missile Threats
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively combating aerial threats, having neutralized 442 drones, 34 X-101 missiles, and seven 'Caliber' missiles. This information was reported by the Air Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
The evening of November 18 was marked by massive attacks on critical infrastructure across Ukraine, utilizing strike drones and missiles.
In total, radio-technical forces detected and accompanied 524 aerial objects, including 48 missiles and 476 drones:
- 476 strike drones of the Shahed type and others coming from various directions, such as Shatalovo and Kursk. Approximately 300 of these were Shahed drones;
- 40 X-101 missiles launched from the Vologda and Astrakhan regions;
- seven 'Caliber' missiles from the Black Sea;
- one Iskander-M ballistic missile from the Rostov region.
The main strikes targeted the Lviv, Ternopil, and Kharkiv regions.
The attacks were repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, and other defense units of Ukraine.
As of 10:00 AM on November 19, the air defense had destroyed 483 aerial targets:
- 442 drones;
- 34 X-101 missiles;
- seven 'Caliber' missiles.
The attack is ongoing, with debris recorded at several locations.
