Drone Attack: How Ukraine's Air Defense Protects the Sky

The air defense forces successfully neutralized 108 out of 135 drones that were launched against Ukraine on the evening of November 5. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their Telegram channel.
Since 19:00 on Wednesday, November 5, Russian forces launched an attack on Ukraine using 135 strike UAVs of the Shahed type, "Gerbera," and other models from various directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Shatalovo. About 90 of these were Shahed drones.
The aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces effectively repelled the aerial assault.
As of 09:00 on Thursday, November 6, preliminary data indicates that the air defense shot down or suppressed 108 UAVs in the north, south, and east of Ukraine.
Hits from 27 strike drones were recorded at 13 different locations.
