The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has confirmed that an attack was carried out on an oil refinery in the Krasnodar region of Russia during the night of November 1, 2025. This was reported on the official Facebook page of the UAF.
"Our forces delivered a targeted strike on the oil processing facilities in the Tuapse area," the report states.
Preliminary information indicates that the targeted infrastructure includes the oil loading facilities of a significant federal port located on the Black Sea coast. This terminal plays a crucial role in Russia's economy.
"The UAF continues to take all necessary measures to undermine the military-economic capabilities of the occupying forces and compel Russia to cease its armed aggression against Ukraine," emphasized the General Staff.
