Yesterday, units of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade successfully shot down a reconnaissance drone referred to by the Russians as "Prince Visshiy Oleg". This type of drone is uncommon for our area of responsibility. This was stated by Lieutenant Colonel Dmytro Zaporozeць, spokesperson for the 11th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
"Yesterday, we shot down a drone that is not characteristic of our area. It is likely that the enemy is using new resources. Such drones are often tested to find ways to counter our operations," he emphasized.
Zaporozeць also noted that the highest concentration of drones is observed in the Kostiantynivka and Sloviansk directions.
