The air defense forces of Ukraine have successfully neutralized 67 out of 79 enemy drones, with hits recorded at six locations. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
On the night of November 2 (from 19:00 on November 1), the enemy launched an attack with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, as well as 79 UAV strikes of Shahid, Gerbera, and other types from the directions: Kursk, Millerovo, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk – russia, about 50 of which were “Shahids”.
The aerial assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, the air defense has shot down/neutralized 67 enemy UAVs of Shahid, Gerbera type, and other drones in the north, south, and east of the country.
One ballistic missile hit and 12 attack UAVs were recorded at 6 locations, as well as debris from downed drones at 2 locations.
