The number of casualties from Russian shelling in Kyiv has increased to 22. This was reported on Telegram by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"As a result of the attack, two individuals lost their lives: a man and a woman born in 1956 and 1959. A total of 22 people were injured, including – 4 children", – the rescuers stated.
It is noted that the areas affected include Darnytsia, Desnyansk, Dniprovskiy, Holosiivskyi, Pechersk, and Solomianskyi districts; at least ten residential buildings have been damaged.
Currently, firefighters are tackling a blaze in the Dniprovskiy district, and the fire has been localized.
Psychologists from the Kyiv State Emergency Service have provided assistance to 31 individuals. Over 340 rescue workers and 83 units of emergency equipment are involved in addressing the aftermath of the attack.
