Countering Drones: New Achievements of Ukrainian Air Defense

The Ukrainian air defense forces successfully neutralized 53 out of 86 Russian drones. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
On the night of October 2, the enemy launched 86 strike UAVs, including Shahed and Gerbera types, from various directions: Bryansk, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Millerovo.
The air attack was countered by aviation and mobile units of the Ukrainian defense forces, also employing EW systems and UAV technologies.
As of 09:00, preliminary data indicates that air defense shot down or suppressed 53 drones of various types across the north, south, and east of Ukraine.
Strikes on 31 tactical UAVs were recorded at six different locations. The attack continues, with enemy drones still in the airspace.
