The air defense forces of Ukraine neutralized 126 out of 152 enemy drones. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Forces via Telegram.
On Tuesday, September 23, after 18:00, Russian forces launched 152 drones, including Shahed types, from various directions: Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Hvardijske (temporarily occupied Crimea). About 80 of them were Shahed drones.
The attack was repelled using aviation, anti-aircraft missile systems, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces.
As of 09:00 on Wednesday, September 24, air defense had shot down 126 UAVs across northern, southern, eastern, and central Ukraine.
There were 26 confirmed hits of strike UAVs at 7 locations, and debris fell at 2 locations. The Russian army struck with 18 UAVs on the energy infrastructure of Kharkiv, leading to power supply issues in two districts.
