On the night of September 22-23, the enemy launched an assault using three Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles and 115 strike drones of Shahed, Gerbera, and other types from directions such as Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia, and Hvardiiske - temporarily occupied Crimea. About 60 of these were Shahed drones. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.
The air defense was supported by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data as of 09:00, the air defense had shot down or suppressed 103 enemy UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types across the northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country.
Missile strikes and 12 UAV hits were recorded at six locations, along with debris falls at eight sites.
