On the night of August 30 to 31, starting at 9 PM, the enemy launched an assault using 142 Shahed strike drones and various imitation drones, originating from the following directions: Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Chauda (occupied Crimea).

The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, drone systems, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces. According to preliminary data, by 9 AM, air defense had shot down or suppressed 126 enemy Shahed drones and imitation drones across the north, south, and east of the country. It was reported that 16 strike drones hit 10 locations, with debris falling on 6 of these sites.
