In the night of August 28, Kyiv was once again the target of enemy attacks, particularly on the well-known Bayraktar plant. This was reported by Ihor Zinkevych, co-founder of the NGO "Varta-1" and a deputy of the Lviv City Council.
According to him, two strikes were recorded, causing serious damage to the production facilities. However, the exact scale of the damage is still unknown.
"Despite the war and previous attacks, the company continued to invest tens of millions of its own funds, train personnel, and prepare for production. Most of the facilities were nearly ready, and the main staff had completed their training," added Ihor Zinkevych.
This marks the fourth attack on the plant in the past six months.
It is worth noting that during the massive attack by Russian forces on the night of August 28 in the Kyiv region, 70 enemy drones were shot down. This set a record for interceptor drones.
