Boeing is one of the leading American companies operating in Ukraine, focusing on engineering and technical support services. The company collaborates closely with the Ukrainian aircraft manufacturer Antonov, known for its heavy transport planes.
The nighttime strike was among the largest since the start of the conflict, with Russian forces launching 315 drones, two ballistic missiles, and five cruise missiles targeting Kyiv, Odesa, and other cities. This was in retaliation for unexpected Ukrainian drone strikes deep into Russian territory.
A Boeing spokesperson assured that the company prioritizes the safety of its employees, and fortunately, no staff members were harmed. The representative also praised the resilience of the team working under challenging and dangerous conditions.

Despite the damage to the Kyiv office, Deputy General Director of Boeing in Ukraine Andriy Koryahin stated that there have been no interruptions in the company's operations.
Additionally, Boeing is actively hiring in Ukraine, having recently posted a job opening for a design and certification manager for aircraft interiors in the Kyiv office.
