Today, our entire rescue community mourns the loss of three brave rescuers — Pavlo Yezhor, Danilo Skadin, and Andriy Remin. They perished on June 6 while trying to save lives following yet another brutal attack by Russia in the Solomyansky region of the capital.
These young men carried no weapons and did not go to battle. They lost their lives saving others. Their heroism is timeless. Their names will forever remain in our hearts. This is a pain that words cannot express.
We also pray for the 21 injured rescuers from Kyiv and Ternopil who were affected by enemy strikes that day. Stay strong, dear ones - we stand with you in spirit.
