Night Attack in Kyiv: Metro Line Damaged and Service Changes

A large-scale night attack in Kyiv has resulted in damage to the metro tracks on the red line, specifically between the "Darnița" and "Livoberezhna" stations.

Capital residents are warned that trains will only operate between the "Akademmistetko" and "Arsenalna" stations, with an estimated interval of 6 minutes.

The above-ground sections of the "Dnipro" and "Lisova" stations are temporarily closed for entry and exit.

Specialists are on-site to restore and repair the tracks and metro networks. The estimated time for completion of work is one day.

Until the tracks are fully restored, only those metro trains that were in the depot overnight will be able to transport passengers.

It has been reported that due to the damage on the red line, a duplicate bus route No. 1M has been organized between the "Lisova" and "Arsenalna" stations.
