Recovery Efforts Following Attacks in Kyiv Region
Rescue services in the Kyiv region are engaged in efforts to mitigate the consequences of attacks that have led to civilian casualties.
As a result of the nighttime assault, several territorial communities suffered from destruction and fires.
Obukhiv district:
A residential building experienced partial destruction, leading to the death of a woman born in 1997, with three others, including a child born in 2019, sustaining injuries.
The injured are receiving medical assistance.
In a nearby high-rise building, windows were damaged.
A fire also broke out in a garage cooperative, where firefighters are working to extinguish the blaze affecting two garages.
Fastiv district:
In one settlement, a warehouse building covering 500 square meters was destroyed on the premises of an enterprise.
The attack resulted in partial destruction of outbuildings.
During the assault, fires broke out in the warehouse and administrative buildings of a medical center, covering an area of 5000 square meters.
At the scene, 55 personnel and 17 units of equipment from the State Emergency Service are involved.
Efforts are ongoing, and information regarding casualties and injuries is being updated.
