On Monday, shelling from various types of weapons in the Bilopillia and Vorozhba communities of the Sumy region resulted in the deaths of three individuals.

Specifically: "As of May 5, 2025, throughout the day, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the occupiers are shelling with artillery and dropping guided aerial bombs on civilian and critical infrastructure in the Sumy district.
As a result of the enemy attack in the Bilopillia community, a 48-year-old civilian man was killed, and another 34-year-old man was injured.
In the Vorozhba community, preliminary reports indicated that two men sustained life-threatening injuries, and three individuals were wounded, including a 16-year-old boy."
