Decrease in Air Raid Alerts Duration in Shopping Centers

The duration of air raid alerts during the operation of shopping centers (SC) has been decreasing for the third consecutive month.

This information was provided by the press service of the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers.

In April 2025, the share of alerts stood at 10.5%, down from March 2025 (11%) and lower than in April 2024 (10.8%).

The top five regions where shopping centers face the most interruptions due to air raid alerts have not changed.

These include Donetsk (59.9%), Sumy (53.3%), Dnipropetrovsk (24.3%), Kharkiv (23.2%), and Zaporizhzhia (20.8%).

On average across Ukraine, the forced downtime for shopping centers due to air raid alerts reached 108.9 working days since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, with April 2025 recording 2.9 working days.
