On the night of May 5, the Nikopol district in the Dnipropetrovsk region came under attack from Russian troops using Grad multiple rocket launchers, heavy artillery, and kamikaze drones. As a result, a garage and a vehicle caught fire.

Direct quote from the regional leader: "The Marhanets, Myrivska, and Pokrovsk communities, as well as Nikopol itself, suffered. A garage and a car were set ablaze. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries".
Details: According to Lysak, the rest of the region remained free from enemy strikes.
Units of the Eastern Defense Forces shot down two drones over the area.
