Consulting Services Acquisition for Infrastructure Recovery

On April 22, Ukrhydroenergo Public Joint Stock Company entered into an agreement with "Ostriv Consulting Company" LLC for 8.28 million UAH to provide consulting services in engineering and construction.

Over the next six months, the company is tasked with conducting a comprehensive study that includes construction-technical, economic, and electrical evaluations, as well as assessing the costs for restoring property damaged by Russian military actions and determining the lost profits of Ukrhydroenergo for the preparation of lawsuits, including international ones.

The assets in question include various properties, such as unfinished construction sites of the "Dnipro HPP" (1.75 million UAH), "Kyiv Cascade HPPs and PSPPs" (1.47 million UAH), "Kremenchuk HPP" (2.03 million UAH), and "Srednedniprovsk HPP" (3.03 million UAH).

Among other services ordered, there is the determination of costs for setting up protective structures against drone threats to Ukrhydroenergo facilities.

"Appraisal UA" LLC offered a lower price, but its bid was rejected due to lack of proposal security.

Other higher-priced competitors included "Advisory and Research" LLC and "Asset Expertize" LLC.

The Kyiv-based "Ostriv Consulting Company" is owned by its director Serhiy Petenko and Yuliya Amphiteatrova from Kyiv, and it is associated with the Simferopol-based "Ostriv-Registry" LLC.
