Night Attacks on Kharkiv: New Destruction and Casualties
On the night of April 24, the city of Kharkiv was hit by three attacks from Russian forces, employing "Iskander" missiles and type "X" rockets, as well as kamikaze drones of the "Geran-2" type. This resulted in significant destruction and injuries to six individuals.

The prosecutor's office stated: "On April 24, approximately from 1:10 to 1:30, the armed forces of Russia launched a massive missile strike on Kharkiv. Preliminary data indicates that the enemy used three cruise missiles of the "Iskander" type, damaging several enterprises. In the Osnovyansk district, one rocket (likely of type "X") struck near residential areas, causing damage to private homes."
Details: The second wave of strikes occurred around 3:00-3:30. The occupiers attacked an industrial facility in Kharkiv using over ten drones (preliminarily, of the "Geran-2" type).
"Around 5:00, the third wave of strikes began – another missile attack. In the Slobidsky district, a two-story non-residential building of an enterprise was destroyed. In the Nemishlyansky district, a rocket hit a stadium on school grounds, damaging the educational institution and nearby apartment buildings," the prosecutor's office reported.
As a result of this strike, a man and a woman were injured by glass shards, while three residents experienced acute stress reactions.
Another Russian missile struck near a restaurant complex in the Kyiv district, resulting in building damage.
In the Bezliudivka settlement of the Kharkiv district, over 10 private houses were damaged, and a 14-year-old girl sustained a blast injury.
"According to preliminary data, during this series of attacks, the enemy used missiles of type "X"," the prosecutor's office summarized.
Earlier, it was reported that Kharkiv was attacked by 14 drones and 10 missiles, resulting in damage to high-rise residential buildings, a hospital, a school, private homes, a hotel, and injuring two individuals.
