Russian Attacks in Dnipropetrovsk: Fires and Damage
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a food production facility caught fire due to Russian attacks, and local infrastructure was damaged. In the Kharkiv region, enemy drones struck a residential building.

Lysak's statement: "The Russian army directed drones towards the region... A fire occurred at a food enterprise in Pavlohrad. An FPV drone hit the Mezhiv community in the Synelnykove district. Infrastructure has been damaged".
According to the head of the regional administration, as a result of the attack in the Pidhorodnenska community of the Dnipro district, dry grass and a utility building caught fire, and a summer house was also damaged.
In the Novopavlivka community, the Russians used KABs (consequences are being assessed), while the city of Marhanets in the Nikopol district was shelled with heavy artillery.
Preliminary reports indicate that no one was injured.
The State Emergency Service reported that on April 20, the occupiers attacked a multi-story building in the village of Kivsharivka in the Kupiansk community with drones.
"36 apartments burned over an area of 1600 square meters. There were no casualties or injuries – the building was uninhabited," the State Emergency Service noted.
